Well, I made it to germany, and brought my lap top. What I ended up using was 1&1 surf-stick, since my friend over here had an extra one. The one thing I've noticed is that after a couple hours the browsing really starts slowing down. Not really complaining since it's free, bot does anyone know why it does this?

1&1 sucks. You'll find out. Good luck with their customer service!

On win7 there is somewhere a place (where, I do not know, but somebody else may) where you might be able to assign more priority to the stick ?

Just wondering, how does it tally up the time usage? by the minute, log on's or what? It seems to really slow down, and sometimes even kick you off after about 1-11/2 hours.
