My OS in Win 7. The current Nook for PC download is only Win 8. How stupid can BN be? No Nook PC Reader for XP, Vista, and Win 7? Nook Support is down on Sunday so I couldn't contact them. Anyone use the Nook for Win 8 Reader on previous Win OS'es?

The Nook Book I want to get is this:
American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History by Chris Kyle | 9780062082374 | NOOK Book (eBook) | Barnes & Noble

But I want to get the Enhanced Edition but it doesn't says if it works for the Nook PC Reader. Anyone here use Nook Enhanced books for the PC?

American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History (Enhanced Edition) by Chris Kyle | 9780062190970 | NOOK Book (eBook) | Barnes & Noble

I love sniper books, and I wish I could have a sniper rifle and target practice on a 1000 yard range. But I have a felony and I go paranoid so I can't own a gun.

I 99.9999% doubt there's no support for Win7.

Amazon has the mobi files that require a particular reader like a Kindle. There are other free readers out there for the other file types.
