For your use or a contact?

Assuming for you then

Tools/Email Accounts/Add a new e-mail account/

And from there it depends on what the ISP expects.

Usually it's a pop3 account then you add your user name, password, etc.

I read it contact. If you want to add an email "address"

Tools/Address Book/File/New Entry

Either way, you should be covered.

First we need to know if it's a contact you want to add to the address book or an email address for you. Without that it's going to be tough to help.

What version of Outlook will help as well. It's in Help/About - the first line in the box that opens.

Help is the rightmost item on the toolbar at the top of the screen. About is one of the items in the list when you click on Help.

Are you using Outlook 2010? If so, it's File > Account Settings

Are you using Outlook.com in your browser (Internet Explorer, or Firefox, or Chrome), or Outlook the program that is installed on your computer as part of Microsoft Office?
