I've noticed lately that my laptop is slow loading web pages and videos. It's new and I haven't even had it a year. I have current antivirus protection. Is it possible it could be my internet connection?

Run Ccleaner

Have you checked what/how many programs load at startup? In Ccleaner do to Tools at the left and click Startup.

You can copy the list to a text file (lower right corner of the screen) and paste into a post here if you want help. You can do the same for installed programs if you have questions. Go to Tools and click Uninstall to see the list.

If it isn't too complicated for the original poster, I'd like to see a screen shot of processes running, like

CTRL-ALT-DEL, Start Task Manager, Processes, Sort by Memory

to see if there is something huge there.

It seems to be running normal again today. It's kind of strange.

Are you on wifi? My neighbor just got a new wifi and apparently there was conflict with the channels. It was driving me nuts becsue it would happen intermittently. In my wifi's control panel I switched it from "auto" for the channel selection to static one. Even selecting different channels, I'd get different speeds.
