I liked that they put the touchpad up top, but haven't used it long enough to get a good idea about usability.

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad at work (T510) and one at home (W530). They are well built machines BUT their customer service in Atlanta is useless.

I've had the best experiences with IBM tech support. IBM and Apple have provided me the best customer experiences when it came to support. With Dell, HP, and Toshiba, I always end up talking to someone in Asia who is difficult to understand.

HP sucks, all they do is copy Apple designs while the interior quality is shoddy and they know it. They know a certain % of their hardware will fail and that's factored into their design cost.

I don't disagree that HP laptops suck but which manufacturer doesn't do this?
