Assuming Internet Explorer.

Open IE.

Go to myspace.com and highlight the url in the address bar. Press ctrl/c to copy the text to the clipboard.

Click on Tools at the top and click on Internet Options when the menu opens.

Click on the Privacy tab. Click the Sites button. Press ctrl/v to add the text to the Address of website box. Click Block to add the site to the blocked list. Click OK until the dialog boxes are closed.

Close IE. Open IE and try to access myspace again. It should be blocked.
