Bought a new Toshiba Satellite laptop. Purchased softwear similar to but not Windows Office Suite for it. Wife tried loading the softwear and it ended up loading to CD disk drive. She followed the instructions and that is where it ended up. Has filled up the CD drive memory. Can it be moved from this location to another location in the laptop without uninstalling? Afraid if we uninstall, we won't be able to reinstall. Any suggestions.

I think you're a bit confused, you can't install programs to the CD/DVD drive, they have no memory.

If you purchased this software I would call the company and see if they can help. Do you know what drive letter the software is on? Drive letter of the DVD?

Will find out. Whatever drive it went to it filled it up entirely. About 900 MB I believe. Thank You

I suspect you may have installed it to the recovery partition of your computer. I doubt there's any way to move it to the system partition (usually C without uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

I suspect Dave is correct on this one.

For future reference, if you do not want to buy/pay for an office suite, give (Apache) OpenOffice or LibreOffice a shot!
