I have windows 7 and IE 10 on our desktop. Norton AV.

Every several months Norton does a complete scan which results in me being signed out of every website I am signed into-like Facebook and C-D. There are only about five or six so it is no big deal to enter user name and password.

This time, however, the Netflix page won't completely load. I can't sign back in. All other sites are fine. I was able to sign in on my laptop and phone just fine. Any suggestions?

Try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work, try disabling Norton. If that doesn't work, try disabling all the browser add-ons. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

Adjust your Norton settings to not delete tracking cookies, many people don't understand that these are what keep you signed in to those sites. If your worried about online tracking use Firefox or Chrome with a tracking blocker add on.

Rest Norton. Messed around and turned the Active X filter on. Problem solved.
