Hi,
I am about to sale my PC and I would like to format it (take it to its original state), so all my data will no longer be available on the PC.
Would it be possible?

Formatting won't completely wipe all your data. Here's are some instructions on what to do.

Completely wiping the drive would make that PC unusable !!!

You have to get it back to Factory Condition, so at least with the basic operating system still on it.

So, yes you can wipe the drive, but then you MUST reload the original Operating System back on it.
If you do not have the installation disk(s) for it ...
