Back in Nov 2010 I gave an AMD 965 desktop to my poor cousin Owen in Quezon City, Philippines. I was helping him out with a better PC so his 4 kids could use a better computer than his **** Sempron. Anyway, I gave him a full legal copy of Win 7 Prof, and I TOLD HIM TO NEVER SHARE THIS DISK OR PRODUCT KEY. Years later the computer breaks down, and I gave him money to replace the bad motherboard. Stupid him he didn't buy the right motherboard I suggested. But the big problem came when he had to install Win 7 Prof - it deactivated because stupid him - he lent the Win 7 Prof dvd to my other cousin Atong who used the Product Key on maybe 4 computers. He called Microsoft Singapore to activate it each time, on a different computer. That really pissed me off on my stupid cousin Owen, as Win 7 Prof is expensive in USA and even costs around 9000 pesos [$200] in the Philippines.
So the problem is, how do we contact Microsoft so that the Product Key would only be used by my cousin Owen's computer? But I guess this is futile because my cousin Atong knows the Product Key and will always screw with it calling Microsoft Singapore... So I guess the only option is to ask Microsoft to deactivate the old Product Key and ask them to give us a new replacement one, right? -- How would we get Microsoft to do this?
He screwed me too as I can't afford to buy him another Win 7 Prof, and I have to maintain good relations with Atong because he's a high level manager at Citibank for IT Operations there, although his monthly salary is only 90,000 [$2000] to a 100,000 pesos per month there. They work him to death there, but maybe he purposely works past 9 pm for a free dinner and gas pay expenses for your car.
Now Owen is using pirated Win 7 Ultimate. I don't trust a pirated software copy because it stands a chance of deactivation.

No point in contacting MS, he willfully shared the product key, he's SOL, Microsoft will not give him a replacement key.

Ummm, no. As he gave his license away he has no legit copy. Previously (or even currently) having a legit copy does not grant you the right to a pirated copy, which is what he has now. Especially considering he previously had Win 7 Pro, and his pirated copy is Win 7 Ultimate.
Maybe you can sell a memory stick from your $7000 gaming box or a rear cassette from a $10,000 bike. I think titanium cassettes run about $200, that should cover the Win 7 cost.
