Hello.

My iPad suddenly won't connect to household wireless. My laptop is still connected without issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Reboot the Wifi access point and ipad. If it keeps happening get a new router. I recent had a router that kept giving me IP conflict even though I had a pool of over 100 ip. Changing lease duration might have helped, but I wanted faster speeds anyways, so I just retired it.

Before buying a new router try changing the channel on your router. You may be on a busy channel. I had the same problem recently and changed the channel from "Auto" to 11 I believe. My situation was just like your. Desktop and laptop would connect but the iPad wouldn't.

If you don't know how to change the channel, let me know the model of your router and I can find some info for you.

Try to reboot router and modem first. If still nothing then try other suggestions.

Contact your Internet provider and have them reset the signal from their side. Also cycle your router by unplugging it for 60 seconds. After both are done then try your IPad.

Ok, thanks for replies. Can't believe how "dumb" I was. Finally noticed that there were separate modem and router that had to each be rebooted. Am renting, in own home one device does all.
