Chrome. A few years back, Firefox had a memory leak on OS X. The longer you'd leave it running, the bigger the performance toll it would take on the computer. I missed the FF plugins at first, but Chrome Sync proved to be the killer app that trumped everything I gave up.

To answer the OP: I use Firefox. Just tried Safari and it still seems to have bugs.

Chrome, safari is slow/hangs and firefox doesn't render fonts correctly.
