The Chumby idea was a hit and he is still using it. He brought it over today while he is helping work on a website and we are using it now to listen to internet radio. He named it Buddy.

I'm surprised that it isn't more well known. Has anyone else used one?

No, it looks a lot like the Logitec line of Slimservers that have been out for a while now. Only diff being it is self contained and touchscreen (I think, the site is not too informative, mostly sales oriented, not tech specs).

As for a echie gift, if people have the same question as 2 years go, I would do somthing simple like get a USB storage key as a frontpiece, THEN get them the gift certificate. At least it shows you DID shop around for them.

Gift erts by themselves are THE lamest gifts. I would rather get a wad of cash (more versitile) UNLESS you get some sort of special w/ a card (discount, freebies, etc).

I love getting gift certificates from best buy because I can buy all my computer games there.
