Grammar is grammar. You either use it correctly 100% or don't criticize. I consider a dropped period at the same level as a misspelled word. And feel free to criticize me anytime my auto correct hands out the wrong word. I'll just laugh it off. It's unfortunate, but tablets and phones make for easy misspellings.

As a developer it is my job to explain to the PM that what they are promising isn't feasible. PM's aren't inside the code so sometimes they don't realize they are making a bad decision. This is one of the main reasons agile has been so widely adopted.

I've know some that hit that failure on the first step. Most of them college grads that didn't learn anything for all the money they spent.
