I don't know exactly where this should go, but I'm looking for another music program, I've already got a virtual DJ, and a mixing program, but I've been trying to find a program where you can actually splice music, like seperate the vocals from the beat, cut and paste, and other things that the other two can't do, to use with the other two, to make mixes, and rave music and the like. I was thinking of Fruity Loops, since I don't have the cash to actually buy the good stuff, I know people make fun of it, but many artist seem to use it.

Maybe if I can get in it's programs, I can eliminate it's free use counter, and not have to purchase it after that.

If you want to use your music for commercial purposes, this isn't the way to go. When I looked into Virtual DJ's free edition, one of the things I took note in was that you couldn't use the free edition for commercial interests. I decided not to use it, even for fun, because there's no point in putting that much creativity into something and not be able to use it the way you want.

Paid programs should be OK.
