Have you rebooted your router? I've had to do that a couple of times lately when page loads slowed down too much.

I use REGSEEKER and its excellent..........

www.hoverdesk.net

Although this is NOT THE VERSION I use,if you wanna try the version im using please let me know PJ,ill get it to ya!! (I think its better... (The newest version of regseeker that runs on my OS is 2.0 BETA (It was OK (Slightly better scanning but overall not as good as 1.45 which I have stayed with))))

I think version 1.45 WAS THE BEST of regseeker and then it started to go downhill........

First time I ran regseeker it removed 850 keys -- Excellent program!!

How much free space is there on your hard drive?

My Computer/Drive C/Right Click/Properties

Free space is magenta.

One of things that is easy to do using Ccleaner is check what programs run at startup and what programs are installed. At the left of the screen is a menu bar that runs vertically. Go to Tools/Startup or Tools/Uninstall.

While these are displayed you will see, in the bottom right corner, "Save to text file..." Doing this means you can copy the lists to City Data and let us look them over.

In addition you will see tabs across the top of the screen when startup files are displayed. You can click each one to see what those programs run at startup as well.

It is very possible that something on one of these screens could be causing your problems.

Do you have a backup of your data, PJ? If not you need one!!

Be cautious about using programs like Regseeker, or the registry cleaner in Ccleaner. You will find that most techs will advise against using one unless you know what you are doing.

It might, it might not. As a general rule the registry does not need cleaning, and it should never be done by a layperson/novice, you could render your computer inoperable.
