I'm looking for feedback about the following scanners. I'm familiar with the older Fujitsu FI series and they have been very reliable for the tens of thousands of pages that I've used them for. Hardly any jamming and the images are straight ,but I see that the new ones no longer come with Adobe Acrobat Standard, which to me was a huge plus.
The only problem I see with the Fujitsu ix500 is that it is not twain compliant. Is the ix500 paper feeder as reliable as the FI series? The scan to mobile device is attractive. Is the as good as it looks.
Is the current software bundle of the FI series adequate is the software stable.
Reviews on Neatconnect look good, but is it a high volume scanner or is misfeeds common? I used their old neat receipt software and it was a little slow.
