Step 1: The first thing to go to the desktop and pressing the right mouse button and choose New then Shortcut



Step 2: Then paste the code below in the appeared window

*%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe dwmapi #105



Step 3: Give it a name and click Finish



Step 4: When we finished an icon appears on our Desktop we double click it



Step 5: Finally we get



you may control your windows via keyboard

The functionality of Windows+Tab was changed in Windows 8. I don't know if there is an official setting to put it back to 3D flip. But, at least by default, 3D Flip via Windows+Tab seems to be only available on old versions of Windows.

it works on windows 7 and 8 8.1 even XP
