For a whatever answer from a Best Buy buyer.

Had a Dell I3 Win7 that I loved until stolen.

Then bought their Asus I3 Win 8.1 touch screen that worked real nice until another theft. (my area in Mexico)

So I go to a $250 HP Notebook (same size screen) that SUCKS....slow as a 10 yr itch. Works okay if you don't mind waiting 30 sec or more between pages etc.

Will say that I was initially turned on to the Dell after seeing 100's being used in the VA Hospital. Every room or cubicle had a DELL. The Govmt cannot have their computers breaking down and Dell has a huge contract at stake so that might be a deciding point to consider.

As a former business owner I would buy items that worked real well in my business needs....could not afford any headaches.
