I am looking into buying a Panasonic toughbook becuase I've had very good experience with the W2 I've had for 4.5 years. I don't really abuse my laptops, but I do drop them occasionally no matter how careful I try to be. I think it averages about twice a year, about 4 feet high. I’d like to buy Y5 instead of the newer Y7 model because it’s 400 bucks cheaper and I don't really need the extra speed and memory, but it says Y5 is ‘spill-resistant’ whereas Y7 is ‘drop- and spill-resistant’. Does anyone know if this is supposed to make any difference?
