When I made the choices it totaled 478, which still isn't a bad price to me. If I post what I picked would you tell me if it is good or not?

with all my laptops I've always done it this way versus just buying one that's already together.

how's this one? already pre-built and will ship tomorrow. I'm not familiar with the AMD processors, I've only had Intel.

I think the $50 might be worth the bigger screen, which I am guessing the OP wants.
That Satellite is nice. That Quad Core AMD Processor is excellent.

My Toshiba laptop (L75D-A7283), well, it is junk.....probably the worst computer I have ever owned. Mainly owing to suboptimal installation software and a couple of buggy drivers. I really would like to buy a clean-installation of Windows, ditch the Toshiba-Frankenwindows.....the 100 dollar price tab is putting me off to that idea.

I had an Acer before my Toshiba, just a cheap one.......man, I sure do miss that thing!
