I'm drudging up something that was always easy to do back in 3.1x days.

I want to create a demo of how to use a program for clients. I'd really hate to have to resort to using Power Point.

Is there a program that will basically follow every action I do and record it like in MPEG or something? Does Windows still have this type of program hidden some where?
