On my privately owned machine, over the OS I paid a bunch of money for. Now I can't print wirelessly, my game launcher hangs and my formerly DX 11 graphics at ultra settings are running DX 9 at low settings. Not to mention unreachable email.
Been looking for help online as emails to MS support aren't returned and the game's forums are inhabited by trolls who seem to live to give bogus information.
As I get older I am not able to be as technically oriented and resent the fact that MS rendered a perfectly good gaming machine useless for the purpose for which it was intended.
To me it seems not right but then who follows the old customer is always right school of thought these days?
I have LotRO installed on a Wndows 10 machine. Works perfectly - same as it did with Win 7 64 bit. I use Ultra settings (every slider maxed or option checked including DX11).
