I'd like to get a screen filter, or filter screen(?), covering the LCD monitor (placed in front of it), to reduce eye strains. What I have is a 19" 5:4 squarish LCD monitor which has matte surface (non-glossy). I've adjusted the brightness to the lowest, but it's still causing a lot of eye strains.
What I see on Amazon are either anti-glare filters or privacy-filters. Do either of these help making my monitor even more eye-friendly? I have no privacy to protect, and this is for my home computer.
Would be great if someone could link to a product that suits my needs. Thanks.
