Does anyone on here use it? How do you like it?

I just installed it on a desktop. From the website:

f.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.

I use it with OSX at work. It works really well... but when I'm at work late, it gets a bit too weird for me.

Have you tried setting it to a different Nightime Color temperature. You can preview the different options. I have mine set to Halogen (3400 K). At first it took a little while to get used to it. But I definitely noticed how much easier it is on the eyes at night. The change takes place on my monitor at sunset (around 5 pm here these days). I like it so far.
