On our home desktop at the suggestion of Mrs 5150. We both love it. Makes W7 look a tad old fashioned. Learning curve was short. Ignored the W8ish tiles. Got rid of most. Did a desktop link to our photos. Boot up time is faster. The desktop seems smarter. Edge browser is a big leap over IE11. Did a test on our not used W7 laptop a few months back. Aside running a bit hotter the machine worked fine. No issues with the desktop. Post made with a W10 machine!
The only downside is having to re-log in to everything on our favorites.
When Mrs5150 is comfortable, we will install W10 on her business machines.
I see no reason to not do the jump. Concerns about tracking??? Really, to think it is not happening on W7 is a bit naïve.
Business machines? Are they running a home edition of windows or one of the enhanced? I think you only get the basic windows 10 and not all the features that may be in your business machines. Be sure that no feature is missing.

No idea why this false info persists. You get the comparable Windows 10 version, if you have 7 or 8 Pro, you get 10 Pro, it has never been any different.
I now have W10 Pro on four of six machines, and will be upgrading the other two shortly.
I decided if I have to learn an operating system, I'm going full immersion. And, having Windowsphone takes some of the surprise out of app tiles.
It IS a bit tiresome that a "Pro" OS is delivered slanted towards games, music, video, and other entertainment, but it doesn't take long to revise the focus to business.
I'll hold off for as long as Win 7 is supported which I believe is 1/14/20. Win 10 does not allow for XP Mode and I have a few discs that require XP mode and I intend to keep those active as long as possible.
For those of us who are computer challenged, what advantages have you seen in normal browsing and stuff like that ? I keep getting the pop up to change, but I don't know what I am getting myself into.
Any cons ?
