From what you said I do not see any special skills that would make you unique in the computer field.

To learn on your own Microsoft has free courses on excel, word etc. You should know the basic programs for most office jobs. You can also get similar programs free - search for open office.

A computer help desk might be an entry level job you can qualify for.

The question is what do you want to do?

I have worked in IT for the past 15 years. Microsoft skills are so common and basic that it is not even recommended that you put them on your resume anymore. It is assumed that these are standard skills that pretty much anyone applying for a job would have. If you can learn something specialized such as programming macros in Excel or Access then that is good knowledge to have.

I haven't used any other microsoft programs but word, any other program I haven't used since high school time.

Become an expert in Excel or other powerful office software. There are fee courses you can find online and certifications you can earn.
