it's a video editor program, it doesn't open, I deleted all of the folders and files associated with that program and uninstalled it and it still does the same thing, it shows on the bottom like the icon where the time is on the right corner but it's on the left and it doesn't open, I clicked alt shift delete and go to taskbar and maximum size but then there is an error that says it stopped working, how can I fix this? I even did system restore and it does the same thing, should I delete the entire appdata file? it's invisible but I changed it so I can see it

the error says files that help fix the problem

\AppData\Local\Temp\WERE937.tmp.WERInternalMetadat a.xml
\AppData\Local\Temp\WER2F1.tmp.appcompat.txt
\AppData\Local\Temp\WER3EC.tmp.mdmp

you uninstalled first, right?

What program? What OS? Did you try logging in as administrator, then running it? Did the problem arise after an OS update?

Data files like app data have nothing to do with your problem.

I deleted some files from temp first, it's a movie editor program, windows 7, already logged as administrator, no updates
