I went to training there for my eCommerce regarding bulk mail. I am supposed to merge addresses from Access to Excel (200 minimum) then upload the Excel file to the USPS website under my business account to create address labels within the USPS BMU for marketing brochures.
The idea is that if I can get it established with in their system, they will waive the yearly bulk mail.
I am trying to delegate this out because I do not know how to do this on my own.
I prefer someone to train me one time and leave an instruction sheet. I have done well with this method of learning with regards to Access last year. I just need to know the steps!
I believe CL charges to post jobs. Indeed.com is free (don't know how or why) and I've seen plenty of ads posted by individuals like nanny, adult caretaker, dog sitter etc. Give it a try, nothing to lose. It doesn't sound like it's too complicated but without more information I cannot comment on the task itself.
I answered an ad for an Office Wizard, he replied so I emailed my files to him and now I am waiting.
I hope you put some 'unique' address and names in your files so that you can tell if the person sells your addresses to a mail spammer. I have caught people selling email and mail addresses that I provided for legitimate purposes. It was something I learned by reading about phone books and trivia games. It is common to put unique entries, questions, etc. into published material so that copyright infringement can be proven (There are supposedly 3 question/answer pairs that were invented in the original Trivial Pursuit) The same is a good idea whenever providing sensitive information.
