My LED mouse did not like the wood grain of the keyboard shelf. I ended up drawing an Excel spreadsheet with tiny grids, and then putting it under a clear plastic cover. The whole thing is taped to the keyboard shelf.

You really do not need them with laser mice. I have not used one in ten years or more.

Get over it. $7? For something you probably use EVERY DAY.
Wow.

The people who think nobody uses computers anymore are funny.

We have two razer mice that work much better with a mouse pad. And I paid $14 for a really nice mouse pad that is not disintegrating or getting filthy as they tend to do because the material is different. The two year old one still looks brand new. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

Threw one in the trash today. Better go dig it out, it may be worth a fortune someday.

I remember when you bought a pizza they'd give you a free mouse pad, I remember stores gave out free pads, businesses gave away free mouse pads.

I'm shocked because I didn't know mouse pads cost that much, I thought at best a fantasy pad would have been about 2 bucks.

And I'm talking about I paid 7 dollars for a regular flat mouse pad.

That's about the cost for them at our local goodwill. Many are brand new still in package. They constantly have an overflow of these
