Hi,

I have a problem with a website; specifically, Realtor.com.I was always able to access them in the past on my iPad. Now it says: access denied. I can get Realtor.com on my iPhone 6s with no problem. Does anyone know what might be causing thus? Thank you.

If the only information they are giving you is access denied what is occurring would be impossible to determine. Is there number displayed? It could be IP block, might be badly formed firewall rule that is blocking a whole bunch of people on Ipads or it could one of hundreds of other things etc. If you are able to access the site simultaneously on some other device and not the Ipad at same location it wouldn't be an IP block.

Type what is my IP in Google and write you IP down. Try and access the site with the Ipad. Send them your IP address and the time the error occurs. They'll be able to look up in the logs why you were blocked.

Thank you. I'll try that. It's strange since I have no problem accessing it on my iPhone.

It could just be some fluke that got cached by Safari, in which case clearing the cache could fix it. Settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data

Have you tried using another browser like Chrome to see if the site will open?
