I'm thinking I'd rather have the I7 vs I5. However, one says WiFi, one does not. Exactly what does that mean? Will I not be able to pick up the WiFi in my apartment? Not getting this.

Virtually all current laptops have Wifi.

Yes, They left it off. It's unheard of for a modern laptop to not have Wifi.
