I also have a number of tabs open on my pc all day, every day.

It's not a permanent solution, but it's easy to change the font size by pressing Ctrl and the + sign once or twice (or more if you need to) when you open up C-D. It doesn't affect the font sizes of the other tabs you have open.

ETA: It is a permanent solution. I just increased the font size on C-D (Ctrl + +), then exited the site. When I came back in, the larger font was still there. Other sites unaffected.

I has been using the zoom option . What you suggested seems to be working.

older Firefox, not sure about the new version, you can override website font using usercontent setting
