I might give that one a try. Most of my computing time is spent in my recliner and mousing can be a bit of a pain in the rear. One of those would simplify things.

There are several ambidextrous track-ball type mice, wireless.
One tip, I got a small wireless thumb-ball pistol-shaped mouse for travel with my laptop (before tablets), similar to

but smaller. I thought it would be convenient, but it was too small for my hands and I never used it.
That lesson learned is that you should always try it out, hands-on before you buy.
Look for the features you want on Amazon, BestBuy.com, NewEgg.com etc, then go to BestBuy or some other computer sales storefront and try it out to see if it's comfortable in your hands before you actually buy it.
