I am a user of MS Outlook on my computer. One day I have force closed Outlook because it stopped responding and due to which some error occured in Offline data OST file of Outlook. So Suggest me best method to convert OST to PST. So, I can get back my emails from OST data.

Doesn't seem like a bot?

Try a repair using SCANPST utility located under the Microsoft Office folder. You can search for it. No need to convert and in fact, depending on your email provider you may not be able to.

OST file simply needs to be in the right folder for outlook to pick it up and then you can just drag those emails to an archive folder and save it as a PST in Outlook, for free.
