Need help with computer reboot sequence

Check to insure the version is accurate, if you had Home or Premium it needs to be the correct one installed.

The sticker on the box says:
"WIN7 Home Premium OA"

Which Win 10 version should I have downloaded?
I downloaded Win 10 Pro.

According to the MS website that ISO file contained both the pro and home versions. I would assume it would ask you what version you want to install. You need to install the home version.


Yopu can check what version you installed: Settings >> System >> About

I was almost sure that the WIN 10 version previously installed on the desktop was WIN 10 Pro, so I downloaded that version and installed it.

Now I am not so sure anymore.

I will now download the WIN 10 Home version and try again.

I honestly do not care if it was the home or Pro version.
As long as it works I would be happy.
