How are these files/folders deleted,I did delete print but name and blank sheet remained,as said before computer is greek to me.
There is 2012 version of Works installed.

Elaborate please. I seriously doubt anyone uses works here. What exactly are you trying to do from where?

I have Win 7 and dial up,have no interest in anything else,did figure it out from Google,Micro Works 2012.This is a file system with home records etc.
to remove pull up task launcher and on template click history and remove one at a time or all.

Oh wow. I haven't even thought about that software in maybe 15 years. I was one of the semi-early adopters of Open Office and never looked back.

Now I'm going to have nightmares for a month...

The "file system" the OP is talking about is a database created in Works. It sounds like figured it out.

Last version of Works was released in 2007?

Microsoft Works was sold from 1987 to 2009. The last version was released on September 28, 2007.
