Was working fine earlier today (and the last 20 years) - then -
I tried to write one more email today, and my text...just...disappeared.
As in - Write New Mail - put my cursor in the body...type a single letter...it appears for a moment, then it's gone, and nothing else I type will show up...
related - i can see portions of old emails (earlier today) in the IN box - but when I click on them
to view them - they are blank, or maybe just the first line - then blank.
This is really - really - weird. And sudden.
Yeah! I came in this morning, and it was "all fixed up."
I was prepared to do Windows battle, restore point, etc., etc., otherwise wasting my day - and - just like that - it all worked again.
(Kembro...not a bad initial guess...but I think it would have prevented me from posting the message in the first place...no?)
Anyway - thanks - I know this is not the Computer Helpline, but sometimes novel problems posted here get novel solutions.
