Okay what button did I hit or what contrl+button did I press to cause just city data to be enlarged?

Are you using Internet Explorer 7, IE7?

If so, look at the bottom right of your browser window and there will be a zoom button, with a percentage beside it.
If you clicked on the + button accidentally, it will increase the zoom, and it is easy to do without noticing.

Click the arrow to the right, and it will allow you to revert to 100%.

I noticed IE also has the Ctrl + mouse roller thing that changes the size. Also, I noticed a little arrow to the right of that icon that will allow you to customize the page so it loads at X% for every page, at increments of 1%
