It's registered in Finland. I've got a great idea! You send them some money and then come back and tell us how it works out for you.

(Seriously, I don't think I'll be ordering anything.)

Quoting from their terms:

2. Basic Conditions of Purchasing at Downloadable Software online store
.....
2.3. You cannot register the software with the manufacturer and updates are available not for all
the products;
2.4. You do not receive printed license documentation;
2.5. You do not receive a copy of the software on a disk.
2.6. The Store will assist the Customer with downloading and installation issues. We will not provide technical support after the software product is downloaded and installed; neither will it be available from the manufacturer of the software product.
2.7. If you purchase any of the products listed below you confirm that you already have or going to purchase or obtain in any other way CD burning software which support the function of creating image disks.
.....

In other words, you'd better hope you never have to submit to a software audit.

I understand that it is not license and I will receive no tech support. I am okay with that. I guess what I am asking is, is it illegal? I am not trying to do something illegal, just curious. And if it is illegal, why are there sites all over the internet with similar companies, is it just not regulated?

What does point 2.7 mean??

2.7 looks like it means it's up to you to create an archive copy.
Looking at those "conditions" it looks like a scam to me, at the least pirated software, if your gonna go that route save yourself the money and get it from a torrent, no more legal but it's free at least.

I'd run as far away from that site as I could, and not even THINK about looking back. I mean, come on...selling a $6000 software package for less than $200, and claiming the reason they can get away with it is because there is no LICENSE? Um, I don't think so. There's no way in hell I'd buy from them. Try contacting the original vendor first to find out if this outfit is operating legally.

If you're going to steal software, why would you PAY for it instead of just getting it for free off various P2P piracy networks?

If it sounds to good to be true with software it is. End of statement. Can't help but wonder when a sting operation like this will be setup....
