Works great for me. Just be sure to run it on a Core 2 Duo or better with 2GB+ of memory.

I've only used it briefly and liked it. Vista's problems as i have gathered are mostly related to underpowered machines running it.

Most of the issues people have experienced are on machines upgraded to Vista, not computers shipped with Vista pre-installed. Reasonable minimums for Vista: 2GB memory, video card with 256 MB, 3.0+ Pentium or a Core 2 processor. In other words, a fairly new machine.

Agree with the above, I have 2 laptops - one 2 years old and one 1 year old... both are Core 2 processors with 2GB.... have no problems with Vista - I like it...

I will admit i hated it at first, i even started a thread on it here about hating it, but it is growing on me. You have to be very careful to make sure any software you load is vista compatable

Turn OFF the User Account Control (UAC).

A better name would be User Nag Control!
