Trying to view the Shockwave content at this site:

GeoQuest: West | Interactive Maps Preview

I get an error message that says "Missing Shockwave Decompression Extra" followed by "Error playing Director movie"

Apparently I need to get the file swadcmpr.x32. According to the thread below, it should be in a Program Files folder but I looked, didn't see it and did a file search and did not find it. I have lots of X32 files but not this one. I am using shockwave 11 for Firefox and I also have the Flash Player for IE7. Here's the Adobe discussion thread about this issue.

Adobe - Macromedia Shockwave Player

How can I fix this? Can I fix it? Why would some content play but not other content from other sites. I navigated to Play Games - Free Online Games, Free Downloadable Games at Shockwave with Firefox and can see all the animation just fine.

TIA

Maybe it's the site. I get the same message in IE6 and Opera doesn't even want to acknowledge any flash objects on that page. I found that file on my machine here:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Adobe\Shockwave 11\Xtras

Here's a link to Adobe (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14842 - broken link) on this, not very helpful. If your missing the file in this location you might try reinstalling Flash with a custom install here. Maybe they haven't updated it lately, I mean the requirements page goes back to win 3.1 Do you know anyone else who has used that page?
