I have an old computer with Windows 2000 on it. Needless to say it needs a serious upgrade, mainly to download pictures from my KODAK easyshare camera (they don't make the software for windows 2000 anymore). Where can I go to download it online? Price is an issue so the least expensive the better.

Can anyone offer any help?

You could see if you can find an older version of the Easyshare software. If not check your local PC shop for xp upgrades.

If it's a Dell, HP, etc and you know someone with a Dell, HP, etc you might be able to borrow their XP media and update it. Still, it might ask you to register or enter a S/N. The Dells we have don't ask for it (all Optiplex or Latitudes) but the consumer boxes might.

Assuming you can remove the memory card from the camera, just get a cheap USB card reader for your computer.
