Just bought a samsung 22 inch monitor for my PC. Problem is the default setting of 100 brightness and 70 contrast was hard on my eyes. I now have it on about 50 brightness and 60 contrast and again my eyes are hurting. Anyone have a suggestion for a good brightness and contrast setting?
