I have one lady in my office who gets truncated e-mail messages.
The scenario is this: she is one of say 1 of 20 recipients, we use a pop server for e-mail, if she views it on the server the message is there in its entirety, download it to Outlook Express part of the first line will be missing.

My ISP has no clue, only thing on the internet seems to reference this happening with Chinese characters.

Any Ideas?

If everyone is using OE I would go through all the settings in Tools/Options and see if she has one or more that are different than everyone else.

What setting in OE would tell it to truncate the e-mail?
