Help!!!! (e-mail, anti-virus, applications, free)

Yesterday all was fine with our computer. Left my 16 year old and all is not fine. I have the free aol for mail. I can see the e-mails but can't load to read them. On My Space can't bring up my playlist for music. On Facebook can't send and applications to anyone if I do them. Amyone have any ideas whaty I can do?

Question your 16 year old as to what they were viewing on the internet. Porn sites are a petri dish of viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, and more.
