I'm looking for some good software to make a video/movie/slideshow from our pictures. I have tried some free software and I really like the Picasa3, but its a bit hard to use at times. I did make a really nice one with it, but like I said some things about it were difficult. I also like to add music, so if anyone knows of any really nice software please let me know. It does not have to be free.

Pro Show Gold, you won't turn back.

For free this looks quite interesting: DVDslideshowGUI

I know the free DVD authoring application by the same author is highly recommended. Be sure to click the Donate button if you keep it.

I am using Windows DVD Maker in Vista, fantastic except limited menu templates. As alternative, I will use my purchased Wondershare Movie Story for its transitions and menu templates.

Windows DVD Maker already in your vista system, while Wondershare Movie Story, check it out here
