Is there a way to save a copy with a PDF form like this?
Other than copy/paste to word.

Last one for the day.

The majority of most pdf forms will not allow you to save it once completed. If you have the full version of Adobe, you can save the completed form as a new adobe doc. With Reader, SOL.

There are quite a few programs out there that will print any file to a pdf. One I have used quite a bit is Cute PDF Writer: CutePDF - Create PDF for free, Free PDF Utilities, Save PDF Forms, Edit PDF easily.

(I know, I don't like the name either). This way you can "print" the pdf form to a pdf file that you save on your computer. I use this utility for everything - it's a lot faster than Adobe's pdf printer, and it is a very easy way to save a web page (booking confirmation, etc.) instead of printing it out.

I use PrimoPDF for this, and it's pretty good in my experience. I've created PDFs from Word 2003, Visio 2003, and a number of other programs. Even Firefox.
