I had this problem before, but i cant find the instructions for what i did. It did not involve a download, and i'd rather do it that way if possible. I had to create "folders," and drag and drop but it got the job done - eventually...
After my last computer crashed, my iTunes only contains the songs that i bought. While my iPod contains those, PLUS all of the ones i added from my own CDs. If i charge the iPod on my charger/speakers i can continue to listen to all of them, but if i want to link to iTunes on my laptop - and possibly buy more songs (which will mean synching) - i will lose the songs from my CDs.
Can someone tell me how to get ALL of the songs from my iPod onto my laptop, and then be able to keep them and put them BACK on when i buy iTunes songs?? Hope this makes sense. I would pay for someone to do this for me at this point!
