Where did my spy sweeper go? (icon, reinstall, working, click)

It was there and working fine. Hitting everyday at 5:00pm. We were gone on vacation for a week, and when we got back the icon is there but when click on it it doesn't come up.

Is it the paid or free version? If paid reinstall it, if that doesn't work visit their support forum, if it's the free version get rid of it, it's not worth what you paid for it (neither is the paid version but you might as well use it until it expires).

It is the paid version. I will reinstall as soon as I get it back from my son. thanks
